As the Co-operatives System in the Arctic is actively involved in the sale, service and parts supply for off-road vehicles and marine products, the purchase of Sikitu Sales and Service Ltd. will complement and expand the Co-op System's capacity and contribution in this very important segment of the northern market. The purchase will also enable the Co-op System to increase its buying power, better manage parts inventories and expand services in an improved timely manner to Co-op members and consumers in the area of parts and service.

Management and staff are excited to be part of the co-operative family and look forward to the opportunities this purchase will present to Sikitu, the Co-op System and its members.
